Worth Every Penny. I was hesitant about the price, but this Staub skillet is the best investment I’ve made for my kitchen. It heats evenly and the enamel coating means I don’t have to worry about seasoning. It’s become my go-to for everything from frying eggs to making skillet pizzas.

Superior to Other Brands. I’ve used various cast iron cookware, but nothing compares to Staub. The self-basting lid for my cocotte makes such a difference in the moisture of my dishes. It’s easy to clean and still looks new after months of use.

A Chef’s Dream. As a professional chef, I’ve always preferred Staub over other brands. Their frying pans provide the perfect sear on meats and are great for simmering sauces. They’re a staple in my restaurant kitchen.

I recently bought two cocottes, one measuring 24 cm and the other 22 cm, in basil green and cherry pink. They were a really good investment! They were expensive, but what you spend is reflected in the quality and beauty.

We have enjoyed our perfectly sized for two cast iron Dutch Oven for several years…I love the versatility, cooktop to oven. We have noticed the bottom is chipping and are a bit concerned about using the Dutch Oven…we are reluctant to replace for fear it will happen again…any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you

Purchased one a year ago and it’s been super disappointing. I’ve reached out for warranty replacement and was completely rebuffed by Zwilling, telling me I needed to season a cast iron enamel skillet, when the product description says not to season. So disappointed in the customer service provided.
